User post deletion ability

Hi,

is there a way how to allow the editor role user to be able to trash some posts, but not permanently delete them from the trash? I find out, that when I disable the ability for deleting, it hide the trash but also the ability to send posts to trash.

I need that the user (editor) will be able to move post to trash but the finall deletion could be done only by admin. Is it possible?
