User permissions on link views

Hello all.

I was just wondering whether there is a way in which i can create user roles to page link views.

Here is what i mean:
Admin logs in and can view all the page links etc.

UserOne logs in (userone only has permissions to read posts and pages) and sees the regular site pages and their own page link.

UserTwo logs in (same permissions as userone) and see the regular site pages and their own page link, but not userone’s page link.

Is there a plugin that will offer that kind of functionality? I already have Role manager plugin but i don’t think that’s completely what i am looking for.
