User overview not showing up

Hi there

I have just purchased and installed the “user overview” and for the first created user it shows up just fine under the audience tap. However, for another admin it does not show up and is not availble under “screen options”.

She can see it on the dashboard however, so it is not completely hidde for her, and it shows correctly under the install add-ons.

Can you figure out what is wrong here?
