    Hi,

    It seems to be a conflict issue. Please try deactivating all plugins except RegistrationMagic and check whether the issue still persists. If yes, we would require your site’s admin access details temporarily. Could you please share your site’s admin dashboard access by creating a new admin user with our support email address support@registrationmagic.com in order to allow us investigate this in detail.
