• Form works and sends correctly, I receive the secondary copy of the email as the person who filled it in. When switched to my email account form successfully sends and I receive both main and copy of email. However when I put my clients email address in I get the following:

    “A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
    recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    michele@someflower.co.uk
    LMTP error after RCPT TO:<michele@someflower.co.uk>:
    550 5.1.1 <michele@someflower.co.uk> User doesn’t exist:
    michele@someflower.co.uk

    The email address does exist they use it everyday, the contact form is on their domains server, so why isn’t this working? I really don’t know, please help!
