Hi @timelessflowerdesign – Would you mind linking us to your site? It looks like the link you included above doesn’t include your site URL.
Thanks!

Hi Joey,
Please add something to cart and check the payment methods: https://timelessflowerdesign.com/shop/
Thanks a lot

@timelessflowerdesign – This seems similar to what I’ve seen happen on sites running the Autoptimize plugin. I’m not sure if this is the case here, but I do see that the Siteground Optimizer plugin is affecting these fields quite a bit.
Are you able to disable that plugin temporarily, then see if those fields are still not working?
– Joey
@colinlong – I’ve taken a look at your site as well, but don’t see the issue you’re experiencing. The fields seem to be fully functional in checkout on your site.
If the issue is something different, please open a new thread, as these two issues don’t seem connected.

In Autoptimize you can disable optimization of cart/ checkout, maybe Siteground Optimizer has that as well?
Going with what @optimizingmatters says, it sounds like this happened with someone else running the Siteground Optimizer as well: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/some-users-unable-to-enter-credit-card-info/#post-13117502
They mentioned that: “I was able to figure out that the setting for combining script files was the problem.”
If you, @timelessflowerdesign, are unable to figure this out, you may consider reaching out to Siteground for some further assistance on accomplishing that.
Thanks!

Hi there @timelessflowerdesign,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
Enjoy the rest of your day and stay safe!
