Use image for Slideshow

I would like to use a multiple post thumb for a slideshow like that: http://demo.enigmaweb.com.au/logo-slider/
There should be shown 3 images (in this case logos) and more can be display with the arrow. The images should link to the corresponding post. Is this possible?
