Url Redirects

Oh please help me. You guys may know this because I have no idea.

Okay I used to have wordpress here (and all was really good):

http://gamespotting.net/gabblywidgetblog/

But…

I recently got free separate hosting for the widget blog as well as a domain.

So all posts are now here:

http://gabblywidgets.com

My need is that all search engines have index’d the url above and several have blogged that url’s posts.

I need to know how to make posts from here:

http://gamespotting.net/gabblywidgetblog/%post-id% (WFI wordpress isn’t installed there anymore)

to go here:

http://gabblywidgets.com/%post-id%
