URL Problems

Here is more information I have discovered.

The funny thing is this is not happening for all of the Posts on the site. Below are all of the URLs (posts) on my site. I set up an All Posts page in order to view them as a directory http://www.microfracturesurgery.net/posts/ and I just copied and pasted the link in the list.

What is even weirder is that you will see there are two posts where the URL is OK. All the rest have this weird issue.

From looking at the text in the wrong URLs, it seems that randomly letters are being replaced with these characters. Here are all of them:

• A = %D0%B0 and %d0%b0
• E = %D0%B5
• I = %d1%96
• O = %d0%be
• S = d1%95
• Y = %d1%83
I have tried googling these strings and can’t find anything. So I have no clue what that is.
I compared the two good posts with the rest of the bad posts, and could not see any similarities or anything that sticks out. (i.e. categories, etc)
