URL Problem

Hi Guys!

I’ve encountered this URL problem lately. The Original URL should be this http://www.webdevworks.org/dev48/sweetsecrets but when I type into the browser goes the URL like this http://www.webdevworks.org/dev48/sweetsecrets/#.Ts8xrrIkDy0 and I don’t where this “#.Ts8xrrIkDy0″(it will auto change) came from but still in the same page.

Is it a server issue or something?
