url modifications module wont expand.

    I have been totally stumped with this problem, tried everything, fresh version of the plugin, disabled everything else, using default theme. etc. It’s on my localhost testing server so I cant send a link sorry.

    Problem: on the settings tab, none of the boxes that expand (url modifications etc, all the ones that have a link that says “settings”) will expand to show there options. When i click them I get a # in my address bar at the end of the url and it jumps to the top of the page, ie:

    /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=mlang&tab=settings#

    and nothing happens. Tried everything, so resorting to hassling the community at large. Anyone seen this before?

    I have other wordpress installs on the same server and they work perfectly!!!!

    Hi!

    This is due to a javascript error created by a 3rd party plugin or your theme. Please switch to Twenty Sixteen and deactivate all your other plugins.

    Hi, I have tried your suggestions, but no luck. It has to be a javascript error, I guess, so I will keep investigating and waste no more of your time.

    Next thing I will do is update wordpress and maybe that will fix a broken/incomplete bit of javascript and I will report back here when I find a solution to mark this as resolved.

    thanks for your help! in the end, updating wordpress core fixed the issue…
