URL issue

I am using Avada theme and so many plugins to control my websites. Using “oneall” plugin for members login and “UsersWP” members profile page. Now problem is when people login from Facebook very weird user name being created like, -, –, -5,-6 etc.

When I click on name of author-1 itself being redirected to author-2 page… don’t know why “-” is not being captured in url.

When I copy and paste these url manually it works fine.
