URL chanage

I read through a few posts and could not find any info. I was in my wordpress admin and made a change to the url setting in my settings folder. I was trying to get my url to be http://www.veggietour.com instead of http://www.veggietour.com/wordpress. In the settings folder I deleted the /wordpress out and now I cannot get into my admin or view my site.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance,
