URGENT – Sidebar Missing, please help

Hi
I don’t know what is wrong with my page.
The Sidebar and the footer is missing on the main page and Archive page.
However, the Sidebar and the footer is there on the comment page.
Beside this problem, my plugin page is not working properly.
Activate and Disactivate is other way around. That is when I disactive, it activate the plugin.
Please help URGENT. I don’t want to disactive the account and setup another. I had did this serval times already.
An extra information is that I use Yahoo as my host.
