    Hi the woocommerce team i bought the elavon payment system plugin and it does not work. I called elavon to fix the problem but they did not succeed please watch looked at the problem.

    Here is the message that displays (An error occurred while trying to get a transaction token for Checkout.js. Please make sure you have registered your server’s IP address with Elavon and that the configured User ID belongs to a user with permission to request Hosted Payments transaction tokens.)

    Hi @bernold2,

    Support for Elavon Converge Payment Gateway is provided at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket.

    Please login to WooCommerce.com with the account you’ve used to purchase the extension, select Elavon Converge from the dropdown list so that the query ends up in the right queue. We will be able to help you further there.

    thanks i tried to send a message to support its give me a message error . the message says this( System status report is invalid or unsupported)

    Hey there!

    That means you didn’t paste in the system status report, or missed a part, or similar.

    You can go back and try again. If you see the message again, just try submitting it once more. It should go through even with the error.
