When I installed a theme, I got this message

The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.smartphonezero.com/wp-admin/. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

Now I can’t access my wordpress admin. What should I do?

Try:
– switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

I have renamed themes folder to themes-old. How to restore to the old theme?
