Hi, I appreciate this might not be working for you at the moment but please confine your questions to a single thread and I will address them as soon as I can. I’m on holiday at the moment and will look into this as soon as I can. I need more information before I can help. Other plugins you have, theme etc…
Try disabling all other plugins and test again. If it works then turn them on again one by one until it breaks. Let me know which one causes the issue.

I am extremely sorry for violating the single thread rule. Well, I dont want to bother you during your vacation, but please reply to this mail if you have some free time. Currently, I am using a theme by Colorlabs project – Jobifier. Plugins installed currently – WordPress importer, Launcher, Wordfence, W3 Total Cache and SB welcome editor. I did try deactivating all plugins and it didnt seem to work.

Sean, please see if you can do something. I have a big dilemma regards to this and i guess you understand how problematic it is for a newbie.
