uploading mp3s on mobile version

I have a responsive site with a contact form that requires users to upload mp3s. It works when i fill out the form on desktop. When i fill out the form on mobile, i get a error message stating that “You are not allowed to upload files of this type”and i cannot submit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
