Uploading larger Audio Files?

I’m experimenting with blog-casting. I already dl’d WMEncoder and am curious as to whether I’ll need to modify any settings (and how to do so) in order to upload larger files (or audio files in general). Any tips or links to how-to’s for uploading audio files to my site and creating an easy user-download interface?
