I ‘d like to upload an image from my PC to the header of my Wp 2.7 weblog. Is there anyone who can help me?

The easiest thing to do is install a theme that allows you to upload and insert custom headers. See the first video in the following post for how to upload a theme:

just connect to your ftp and replace your default header with the new one making sure it is the same size as the default.
