Upload Name Feature

Hi everyone, I wanted to see if someone can help me with contact form 7 upload feature. I am looking to have files that are uploaded include the “your-name” attached to the file name. So for example, if John Doe uploaded a resume name “myresume” I would like the upload to change it to “JohnDoe-resume”. Is this possible?
