You can block search engines from seeing indexing files in a certain directory.
Create a blank txt file, name it robots.txt. Put something like this in:
User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-content
Then upload it to your root directory.

Just be careful you don’t block search engines from indexing you’re actual posts/pages.

Dear Supprt i did that but still same problem.
then add

but that did not hlep!
what shoud i do…?
On top of robots.txt, use Google Webmaster Tools and manually remove URLs through Site configuration > Crawler access > Remove URL.

You’re already blocking bots with meta robot tag so just do the same thing, remove URL, in Webmester Tools.

Use Disallow: /wp-content since Google have indexed a few plugins.
You won’t be able to hide anything written here.

Change either your first or last name to the desire display name, update profile, click edit again and choose the name from the dropdown menu.

wow finaly it is done now thanks to your effort, the wp-content/uploads is not shown on google search, but all the work we both did is not usful because the first post i did has a link to /uploads and that post is show on google search,
please i want to delete this post or at least help me to take all links out of that post, so our work for the last days is usful.
i also notice on google search that one site is showing my posts here in WP . this site is W3experts.com please help me to delete it …
all my uploads which is protected in my website become free and public now through the links in my post to you and that is bad for my website.

You’ve placed robots.txt in the wrong place. It need’s to be in root directory, not in /wp-content/uploads/2010.
