“Upload button” missing!! Help to find it!

When I am in the editor of wordpress (write-write post), I don’t have the upload button and fields (title, description …) that I must have bellow the buttons save and publish. What I have in its position, is the message “This feature requires iframe support”.

then, to insert pictures I have to use the insert/edit button in the editor. But this is not what I like most.
Could anybody help me, to find my upload button
