Upgrading to widget sidebar problem

Well, I just had my theme sidebar widgetized and yes, a the wiget tab is functioning. After I finish organising my sidebar, I went to view my theme and it just seem to have no changes at all! Which means the changes hadn’t been made at the theme although It seems alright back at the admin panel.

What is the problem and what should I do to resolve?
