    @aaron – yours is an unusual upgrade path as most users would be running the latest versions of both WP and CF7 when doing upgrades.

    As a result the chances of someone answering your specific question in this forum is extremely unlikely.

    A more usual way for you to answer this question yourself would be to test the relevant upgrades on a separate development install. We do this before all theme & plugin upgrades as a standard part of our WP processes.
