upgrading theme, modules & widgets

    Hello

    To upgrade WP i need to upgrade my theme.

    But what about my modules? Will the go bye bye when i upload the new theme?

    Will they magically convert to widgets?

    Do i have to cut and paste the modules code into widgets?
