Upgrade.php Stuck

I installed the latest upgrade of wordpress and visited “wpadmin/upgrade.php”. I clicked on the link and I get the message “There’s actually only one step. So if you see this, you’re done. Have fun!” When I click on “Have fun,” it takes me right back to “Your database is out-of-date. Please upgrade.”

What do I do to view my wp-admin page?
