Upgraded to V2.9

    I just thought a quick post was in order to let you know I have just upgraded with no problems.

    WordPress done it all for me and I have no problems with my themes, menus, login system or posts/comments.

    As I’ve seen many posts in the forum about errors I thought I would post just to say,

    I have the same question. I am using v2.8.6, should I upgrade to v2.9.1?

    Hello,

    I use this as good advice (applies to those who have cPanel and Fantastico access):

    Inside your cPanel find Fantastico and inside find “WordPress” and click it for details. The owners of Fantastico, (Netenberg.com) keep on top of the most stable versions of WordPress. When there is a valid stable version of an update for WordPress, they’ll make it available and you will also receive an email reminding you about the update from your cPanel.

    This varies a little depending on your provider but the same with most using Fantastico.

    Right now Fantastico is still offering 2.8.6 as its most stable version and thus I continue to use it. However, my test sites run 2.9.1 and operate Fantastic so far.
