I recently upgraded a plugin and it’s still showing up that I need to upgrade it in my dashboard. Is there any way to clear this? I was actually thinking of deactivating it, removing it and then installing it again, but, I thought I would ask here first since that’s a pain.

    Thanks in advance!

    Sara 🙂

Did you upgrade the plugin through the dashboard initially? Have you tried contacting the plugin’s author? I’ve seen a similar effect when the author has accidentally incorporated the wrong plugin url in the latest release. Might be worth dropping him/her a line to let them know about your problem.

Thanks! I will do that. This plugin cannot be upgraded through the dashboard, I usually do that and have had no issues.

Resolved by applying the patch as well as the upgrade.
