updating to 4.2.2

I am looking to just update my site to the latest version of WP. In the Dashboard, I do not see where I can update. The menu item for updates is missing.

I have another site running and have been able to update it on a regular basis. No problems there. Just can’t do it on the site mentioned above. Not really interested in doing the download of the system and files and…unless I have to.

Any suggestions? Thanks
