You can update contact info in a few places:
- Settings → General – for site-level info
- Check your theme settings – many business themes have custom fields for address, phone, email
- Create a Contact page with a form plugin like WPForms
- Look for a Business Info plugin in the plugins directory

You have a self-installed WordPress project where you are responsible for everything yourself. If you want to edit content, you need to log in to the backend of your project, find the section you want to change, make the change, and save it – done.
