Hello Sarah Bartsch, have a read through the following URL
Let us know if that helps you.
Kind regards
Hi and thanks for the links.
As advised in the info, I have tried testing my theme and also have uninstalled a few plugins that are not necessary to try to eliminate incompatibility problems but I have still had no luck with the issue. Sometimes my other update and save changes buttons in other areas of the wordpress seem to be not saving input info also. This could be a related issue(?). I am using Dusk to Dawn theme (tested and have same issue in 2014 theme) Plugins include Heroic gallery and my goal is to try and implement Simple Paypal shopping cart.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks.
Hi it sounds like you have an issue by the following comment.
Sometimes my other update and save changes buttons in other areas of the WordPress seem to be not saving input info also.
and in reality it is most probably not related to the plugin.
Can you disable all plugins except WordPress Simple PayPal Shopping Cart and change the theme to one of WordPress default theme and try the following task as mentioned here
When adding any data in any input field e.g. changing USD to AUD data will not be updated when pressing “Update Options”.
If the above works then we know it can be either the theme or a plugin.
Let us know how you go.
Kind regards
Hi I have tried the above and am still having the same issue. Have also tried deleting and reinstalling the shopping cart plugin.
Hi Sarah Bartsch, you might have to reinstall WordPress again. Sometimes WordPress core files become corrupted.
Here is a link for you to read through.

Make sure that you have a recent backup created just in case something goes wrong.
Try this and see how you go.
Kind regards
Oh No! I have reinstalled wordpress and then activated shopping cart and the issue remains. Any other resources that I might be able to explore?
I have tried Ultra simple shopping cart too. same issue.
Hi Sarah Bartsch, who is your host?
Unfortunately I have not heard too many good stories about Crazy Domains. Do you know what version of PHP and MySql you are running?
PHP: version 5.3
MySql: version 5.5
Do you know how much memory you have allocated to your account?
Hi Sarah Bartsch, that figure looks more like the space that is allocated to your account.
Can you please ask your host to let you know how much memory has been allocated to your WordPress account.
Here is a link to help you understand what I am talking about.

Thank you.
This seems so strange, as I am not having luck finding others with a related issue.
