update error WooCommerce Memberships

    I tried WooCommerce Memberships update to 1.16.3.
    But it is impossible.
    I checked detail at ‘see detail of version 1.16.3’.
    Sorry my language is japanese, so this english is maybe different.

    I can see warning error as below.

    Warning: Illegal string offset ‘display_name’ in ******/wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php on line 771

    Warning: Illegal string offset ‘profile’ in ******/wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php on line 777

    Warning: Illegal string offset ‘avatar’ in ******/wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php on line 778

    Please login to WooCommerce.com with the account you’ve used to purchase
    WooCommerce Memberships, select WooCommerce Memberships from the dropdown so that the query ends up in the right queue.

    If you’re using a third party extension to get this done, please get in touch with their plugin support team directly.

    Hi Aashik.
    I can not submit request shows ‘System Status Report is invalid or unsupported’.
    I logged in the account purchased this plug in…

    Aha! I’d recommend testing by posting a copy of your System Status Report in the required field.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it on the field for System Status Report while submitting your ticket 🙂
