Update data fields

Perhaps someone can help. I want to set up a contractor sign-in sheet. Visual Form Builder can collect for me the date, supplier, purpose of visit and so on and place the data as an entry in a data base.
At the end of the day I would like to mark the entry as completed (Y/N), any follow-up date and perhaps a comment. My question is: Can anyone tell me if there is any way of updating an entry with Visual Builder (or the Pro version)? I would want this to be done on the front-end of WordPress by a user and not from the Dashboard. Or perhaps someone knows of another plugin that could display the entries and allow updates.
