Hi, when I visited your home, I had no error message.
Then I opened this post and could see the warning.
After a browser refresh, everything displayed well.
Do you use a specific cache plugin ?
Or did you configure any cache feature on your host server ?
Thanks
Can you disable it and see if it solves the issue ?

I tried clearing my browser cache but I get nothing but that error.

Same problem.
I renamed the w3 total cache directory is that good enough?
that won’t be necessary if you’ve disabled it from your wp-admin.
It seems that you miss this file on your server : https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/browser/customizr/3.3.28/inc/class-fire-widgets.php
Can you quickly check if it is actually there? If not, can you try to activate a default theme, delete the customizr theme and reinstall it on your website ?
(it can happen rarely that the theme upload process has some issue, when the wp.org servers are not all up to date).
Thanks

Is there a better way to disable w3 total cache?

I can not get to my wp-admin. I only get that error.
ah, that is the problem then.
you’ll want to re-install the theme manually on your server then…
I think I have the same problem on jts.glezer.co.il (it’s my dev site):
Warning: require_once(/home/yaagle/jts.glezer.co.il/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/class-fire-widgets.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/yaagle/jts.glezer.co.il/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/init.php on line 175
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/yaagle/jts.glezer.co.il/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/class-fire-widgets.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php5/lib/pear’) in /home/yaagle/jts.glezer.co.il/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/init.php on line 175
I don’t have the mentioned file either.
If it happened to me and to TKList, and I saw someone else with same problem – I think there’s a problem and not something local

That worked.
Strange, why would updating through WordPress not install all files?
after copying the file “https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/browser/customizr/3.3.28/inc/class-fire-widgets.php”
got this message: Warning: array_merge(): Argument #1 is not an array in /home/yaagle/jts.glezer.co.il/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/class-fire-utils_settings_map.php on line 256
the only solution is to delete the theme and install manually?
It happened in the past but it’s very rare.
If other users report this issue, I’ll address the problem to the wp.org repo’s admins.
Thanks for your help 🙂
