I am seeing this issue too.
Chrome message when trying to view feed for site the plugin is activated on.
This page contains the following errors:
error on line 2 at column 6: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.
There is a line-feed being introduced by the plugin somewhere. It looks like all responses have a space. Just look at the page source and notice the blank line at the top.

I’m unable to reproduce this issue and, having double-checked QM’s output, I’m pretty sure that it’s not outputting any unwanted whitespace.
Can you try re-installing QM from a fresh download, or via the Plugins -> Add New screen in the WordPress admin interface? It may be that one of the files has gained some whitespace during its transfer.
