• I did the NextGen update today with W3Total Cache disabled and the gallery starting working fine. I activated W3Total Cache and the error came right back and gallerys no longer work with W3 active or disabled. Is there anyway to reinstall the update? I can live without W3 but really want the gallery.

@thendara: Are you saying that “array…invalid gallery type” error appeared and/or disappeared when activating / deactivating W3TC?

We resolve a main source of that error for most users in 2.0.11. When we are seeing that error, it’s generally happening on WordPress multisite, so my next question is whether you are on multisite? If so, that’s probably the issue rather than W3TC.

The multisite issue we’re aware and working and it’s related to the fact that 2.0 (like 1.9.13) is not fully multisite compatible in general.

If you are up to date (2.0.11) and not on multsite and still seeing that error, it would be great if you could send login credentials so we can see what’s happening on your site. You can do so here:
