Honestly, I am not sure what this has to do with Redux. Redux does not access anything to do with Gutenberg. It creates an options panel on a screen independent of Gutenberg. This is an issue better evaluated by the theme author as we do not support themes or theme’s that use Redux. We do not have access to them. If the theme author determines the issue is with Redux, then they need to be the ones to file a report with us that includes the appropriate data and we’ll work with them to solve the problem. But, I’m positive it’s not Redux. We take the blame for everyone else’s issues constantly.

Make sure you have the latest 6.4 patch.
I’ll ask the theme developer to see what he tells me and I’ll let him know. In order to download the previous version 4.4.8, could you give me a link, with that version it worked well and until the problem is resolved, I could continue working with said version. all the best
