Upagrad it went down one level

I did upgard my blog and giot plug in directory now,. nbut I use to have uplod phot directly in my wite section which was ver good because I could upload phto and put right in my posting now there is section for upolod phto but is kind of useles, it says yes the photo has been uploded then but does not give you any link or anything to it, there for user can uplod the phto but can not access it,. this way I could have it FTP is better and safer.
Is there plug in that can install that buitton back for me?
