Unsupported post request. Unsupported post request
-
I have a variable product for my beanies due to sizes. I sold the XL size so I edited the variables to not include the one for XL size. When I did the update on this change I got, “Facebook for WooCommerce error:
Unsupported post request. Object with ID ‘2905725186204058’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api”. Maybe this will help you determine what the error is trying to indicate is the issue.I have gotten this sort of response regularly. The first time I got it, I duplicated the product to make a new product and I edited the new product to have the changes I wanted to make in the original product. I deleted the original product. This is a very time consuming way to address the error message, but it is the only way I have found to avoid this error. I only did this once. Right now, I’m just ignoring the error message and moving on as it there really is nothing wrong.
I would like a resolution that is not forcing me to remake every product I need to update in various ways when I make a sale. The view of the product on my website is fine. It there is a problem on Facebook, I’m not addressing it. I don’t have a way to address it other than sending this request that I know of.
