• I added the IP2Location Country Blocker to my website and didn’t like how it worked so I uninstalled it.

After I uninstalled it, I tried to access the website and kept getting these errors:

“Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/onthes7/public_html/wp-content/plugins/login-screen-manager/inc/admin.php:61) in /home/onthes7/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1121”.

When I go to the login page, I get:

“Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/onthes7/public_html/wp-content/plugins/login-screen-manager/inc/admin.php:61) in /home/onthes7/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 887”

But I do get the logon screen. However, when I try to login, I get:

“Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/onthes7/public_html/wp-content/plugins/login-screen-manager/inc/admin.php:61) in /home/onthes7/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 863”

    and

“ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.”

How can I fix this? There is no admin.php file in the /home/onthes7/public_html/wp-content/plugins/login-screen-manager/inc folder. There is also no pluggable.php file.

I can’t even get back on my website thanks to that stupid IP2Location Country Blocker. 🙁

  • Did you DEACTIVATE the plugin ? OR did you delete it.
On some occasions even a deactivated plugin can intefere with your site. So get into your website files and DELETE its plugin folder.

Oterwise look into another plugin you are using “Login Screen Manager”, what happens when you deactivate it ?

I installed it, activated it and found it didn’t work the way I intended, so I deactivated it and uninstalled it. I then logged off for an hour and tried to log back in but got those errors.

I went intt my cpanel files manager but it seems the country blocker plugin folder is gone. I cannot log into my dashboard in order to try deactivating the login screen manager, so I’m not sure what else I can do.

My website is http://www.onthespottoner.com if you want to check for yourself. It was under heavy brute force admin attacks mostly from China, Russia and Ukraine, so I wanted to block those countries from any access, which is why I wanted to try out the country blocker plugin.

    Can you access the dashboard?

Onix218, nope. I can access the login page via a direct link and can input my login and password, but I can’t actually log in because it keeps giving that cookies are blocked error mentioned in my first post.

I’ve tried Firefox and IE and cookies are enabled on both so it’s quite puzzling.
