sigh – take a number – I am about to ditch this app – hopefully this gets attention soon
I deactivated and reactivated and no help – in a day or so I’m going to uninstall and reinstall to see if that does anything – I’ll report back when I have done that
until then, best of luck
Thank you for your reply!
I have tried a reinstall, it didn’t work. And I only installed the app today. I just found out that the problem only occurs when I have an opt-in for either weekly or monthly updates. If I create one database, people can subscribe… (but I truly need that option so I’m desperate)

Did you solved your problem?
Regards
Simon
No, I’ve given up and found a much better solution.
I did find out that the plugin itself works fine, it’s the combination of other plugins and add-ons that create the problem. Obviously, I’m not going to delete other important plugins for one that can easily be replaced…
littlegraymouse – mine works perfectly now BUT I’m curious to know what solution you found that is much better. Asking for a friend …
Yours does? Tell me your secret!
I use mailchimp now. At first, I was a bit reluctant, but I love the ease of creating mailings. There are still some things that aren’t optimal, but at least it’s working now.
@littlegraymouse
Apologies for the delayed response.
I just checked your website and was unable to spot an Email Subscribers subscription box.
Kindly allow me once chance to look into this and help you resolve this in a jiffy!
I don’t use the plugin anymore. Ive decided on a plugin that works without any stress. My new subscribe box is in the footer of my page.
@littlegraymouse – it started working again after upgrading to the latest release v3.4.11 so icegram must have fixed something in the app – they have not admitted so, but I suspect they found some incompatibility with other apps
