Was working as of 1 March 2018 – I just received notice from a potential subscriber that they were getting the error message ‘Oops.. Unexpected error occurred 0.’

I tried multiple valid email addresses and got the error message each time. Using version 3.4.9 and no newer version is available.

This subscription page is vital to our group – what can I do to fix?

    Apologies for the delayed response.
At present, I’m not able to replicate the case. I just tried subscribing and it seems to have been successful. But I haven’t received an email for the same. It seems that there is some issue with the email configuration on your end.
Are you using an SMTP plugin at the moment on your WordPress installation?
If not, kindly use a smtp plugin such as WP Mail SMTP.

Do let me know if it works for you.

LOL my bad – that’s not from IceGram’s Email Subscribers subscription service – that’s a WP form I made to temporarily replace Email Subscribers.

Yes I am using an smtp plugin (Easy WP SMTP).

Here’s a live page to see what happens http://www.pjhsmusic.org/test.

Thanks for looking into this and sorry for taking it down and not redirecting you.

Just tested on your site (http://www.pjhsmusic.org/test/) by subscribing via a test email address and it worked.

Can you please re-check and let us know if it is working from your end.
