[Plugin: underConstruction] Under Construction plugin problem

Hello I have a problem with the plugin under construction.
I can not put the script tag, in fact when I paste the script to load the javascript file, the browser says:
Method Not ImplementedPOST to / wp-admin/options-general.php not supported.
