Uncommon Sense, feedback please

Hello all. Former Blogger user who has FINALLY made the switch to a proper weblog tool. I’m really enjoying the elegance, expandability and simplicity of WP. I’ve found that my RSS feeds that I’m pulling in via Flickr and feed digest are slowing down page loads. Any advice on this issue, as well as your critical (but kind) eye is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
