I currently have Square 2.1.3 disabled. As soon as I enable the plugin, my site experiences an uncaught error. I have to SSH an remove the Square plugin from the command line to restore functionality. I have run The plugin for years without issue, to this point. I’m currently running the latest versions of WordPress and Woocommerce and Square. This is running on PHP7.3-from on Nginx on a fully updated Ubuntu 18.04 server install.

I have also tried to regress to Square 2.1.2, but that causes the same problem. I use Square to process all of my payments, and having this down for the upcoming Mother’s Day holiday hurts. I hope that this can be easily fixed.

Here is the error message that I receive when it’s activated.

It won’t let me edit my post, but my site URL is https://lebonmacaron.com/

Can anyone offer help? I’ve had to switch over to processing payments via PayPal for the time being rather than Square that we use for all store purchases.

I just restarted my server, checked for a new update, and then reinstalled the plugin. As soon as I activate it, my entire site goes down.

I ended having to enable the legacy sandbox option. Then, I could get my site to run with the plugin activated. Afterward, I disconnected from Square, reconnected, and then disabled the Sandbox option. Finally, it’s working again. I guess I’ll close this out.
