May be that upload function is conflict with another plugin.
Try to deactivate another plugin one by one and then check that logo are success update or not.

I have the same issue and have also deactivated plugins but it still doesn’t work. No Media Selected is indicated in the field whether I try to upload via URL, computer, or media.
UPDATE: I have a second website that I added this plugin to just to see if I can use it there, and I have the same issues there.
