Unable to save settings

I have a pro version of wptouch but support has lapsed (2.8.3). I’m unable to change any settings via the UI anymore. If I uncheck a checkbox, hit save and wait for the page to reload the box appears to still be checked and there is no impact to the mobile site. As far as I can tell there aren’t any errors in the logs. Not sure what else could prevent settings from saving.

Any thoughts?
