unable to restore

    Dear experts,
    i made two copies of a wordpress-site. Both are valid zip-files as known by updraft.

    When i started to restore (due to change of the hoster) i got wordpress to run, installed updraftplus and moved all Backup-Files via ftp to the server.

    I started updraft, which immideately found the files and started the backup.
    The plugin wants to know
    hostname (the new one, right?; it is the long form of sftp://a1####### and not www.)
    ftp-namethedomain.de right?)
    and password

    The verification process starts but it stops after a while giving the same start screen back.

    What can i do?

    Hi,

    It appears that the migration process is timed out or killed off.

    Please ask your host/server admin to investigate their PHP error logs. These logs should contain more information on the exact issue that is causing the restoration process to halt.

    In most cases, increasing server resources would help resolve the issue.
