Unable to remove the plugin

Hi,
I had successfully installed the plugin and tried to change some settings but it was forever loading… then when I reload the page and it required me to login and enter the API again but there was a “CSRF Token error”…

Then I deactivated Cloudflare plugin on wordpress.com “Plugin – Manage”, and I tried to remove the plugin and there was an error while removing the plugin.

I got frustrated so I went into my FTP of my site and deleted the “cloudflare” folder under the plugin and attempted to adding the plugin as new again thru wp-admin.

But at this point, I wasn’t able to search any plugin with keywords, unless I change the URL to http://, even I found a plugin I wanted, I couldn’t really install it as there is an error again.

I am now totally stuck, please help and guide me how I can clear delete the plugin and install it again?
